Tables stand on a wooden deck around a koi pond, under a covered terrace; the menu is split into European and Asian cards with separate caviar, tea and bar lists, and the signature Shaman rolls come with salmon, unagi and tuna. Evenings bring live music and karaoke to the lounge side, which is kept apart from the dining room used by larger groups.
