How much does a transfer from Phuket airport cost?
It depends on the class of car and the district: the northern beaches (Bang Tao, Naithon) are closer than Patong, Karon or Rawai in the south. Current partner prices are on the cards in this section and in /pricing.md, and they are locked in when the request is confirmed.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
The partner tracks the flight number you gave in the request and brings the car for the actual landing time. There is no separate charge for waiting caused by a flight delay.
Is booking through AURA more expensive than going to the partner directly?
No. The price is never higher than going to the partner directly, and some partners run promo terms on AURA links. On top of that you earn loyalty points: 200 on sign-up, 50 per request, up to 5% of a completed service and 500 for an invited friend.
How quickly is a request confirmed?
The request itself takes about a minute. Confirmation is not automatic: a human manager on the partner side accepts it, and you get a notification on the site and in Telegram. It is usually quick, but the exact time depends on the partner.
