How quickly is a request confirmed?
The request itself takes about a minute. Confirmation is not automatic: a human manager on the partner side accepts it, and you get a notification on the site and in Telegram. It is usually quick, but the exact time depends on the partner.
Is booking through AURA more expensive than going to the partner directly?
No. The price is never higher than going to the partner directly, and some partners run promo terms on AURA links. On top of that you earn loyalty points: 200 on sign-up, 50 per request, up to 5% of a completed service and 500 for an invited friend.
