AURA Phuket is a marketplace of Phuket services in Russian and English. One catalogue brings together vetted local partners: airport transfers, scooter and car rental, yachts and fishing, tours, restaurants, villas and condos, visas and documents, medical care and insurance, spa, Muay Thai, household services, currency exchange and eSIM. The client files a request online, and the partner delivers the service.
How booking works
- A request takes about a minute online.
- Confirmation is not automatic: a human manager on the partner side accepts the request.
- Payment happens after confirmation, directly to the partner; AURA holds no client money and charges the client no fee.
- Booking through AURA is never more expensive than going to the partner directly; some partners run promo terms on AURA links.
- Cards show «from» prices: the total depends on dates, group size and class, and the partner confirms it before payment.
What clients get
- Loyalty points: 200 on sign-up, 50 when a partner accepts a request, and up to 5% of a completed service. Points are exchanged for services, not cash.
- A friend invited by link gets 5% off their first paid order (up to 500 ฿); the person who invited them gets 1,000 points once the friend has paid and the service is done.
- Bloggers, concierges and guides can become ambassadors and earn a share of their clients’ payments.
- The AI concierge picks options from the live catalogue and files the request — for signed-in guests.
