Part of the Hanuman World adventure park in Wichit, 80m up and surrounded by rainforest trees the restaurant says are over a century old, Three Monkeys spreads its seating across named zones rather than one dining room: the glass Monkey Dome, the elevated Monkey Nest, the open-air Bamboo Pavilion, group terraces (Zone 6/7) for up to 50, and Monkey Hill Top for the view over Phuket Town. The kitchen leans on Southern Thai cooking with Western, Japanese and Balinese touches — tom yum, grilled Australian beef tenderloin, Norwegian salmon sashimi, chocolate fondant — sourced, the restaurant says, from local farmers and markets daily. It has been open 15+ years and books out in high season, especially for the Monkey Dome; reserve ahead.
